Feature 1

Removing the wall between the entry and living room opened up the house to great possibilities! With sight lines to entry, living, dining and family room the cook is never alone! This large expanse of counter top allows for lots of prep or lots of appetizers! Six bins drawers provide storage for all your needs.

Feature 2

Not wanting to trade the view of the property and lots of natural light (2 windows and 2 sets of french doors!) we used this long run of cabinetry for an under counter oven and under counter microwave creating a perfect baking center. Beyond the oven is a second sink that serves not only for baking but bar service with an under counter wine cooler.

Feature 3

As soon as you cross the threshold you are welcomed by the inviting bar and light that floods the house from front to back. Breakfast for 2 or a perch for guests, the peninsula offers a perfect spot to enjoy the view and the cook without being underfoot. Fun fixtures and architectural details reflect the style and taste of the homeowner!
