AS BUILTS (BEFORE)
This great 1950’s house needed to better serve a couple that entertains house guests on a occasion but needed to meet their needs everyday. Simply taking a small bedroom and converting it into a walk in closet and dressing room that goes through to the bath makes daily life convenient and private.
Master Suite Plans (AFTER)
Feature 1
Keeping the existing sink and water closet in the originals location not only worked for the design but help with costs. A second vanity (far right in photo) let’s two get ready at the same time with lots of personal space and storage.
Feature 2
The over sized shower is a luxury for one and fun for two. The glass walls create an open, spacious feel. A pocket door tucks away for direct access to the dressing area and on to the master bedroom.
Feature 3
Lots of storage for everything from socks to purses. This long “dresser” also creates counter top for jewelry, wallets and watches and adjustable shelving for folded items. Directly across from the “dresser” is a walk in closet divided for “His” and “Hers”. (Unequally of course!)
